In One Line: Exceeded my Expectations. Bowled over by the Impeccable Service by the Front Desk, Concierge and all staffs. Clean, spacious rooms, and the bestest bed and pillows I have experienced in the recent times! Special mention to Ms. Priya who handled my check in and kudos to her for being so observant and caring, gave me an early check-in being an IHG Member and ensured I was satisfied to the fullest. She's an absolute asset with her genuine caring attitude to all the guests and no matter which hour she greets with her wholehearted smile! What Stunned Me Even More is this Young Enterprising Omani Gentleman Mr. Ammar who went the extra mile in making my trip extremely memorable, comfortable and was very kind in taking me to places, explaining the history, culture and passionate about his country's transformation. Crowne Plaza Oman, you have a leader in the making in your hand in the form of Ammar, invest in people like Ammar and sky is the limit. His attention to details, timeliness, being proactive with guest requirements, always wears a vibrant smile and his kindness is contagious, I will visit Oman only to experience such warmth and affection. Enjoyed Charm Thai restaurant dining, authentic Thai Food and Mosaic Restaurant Breakfast (huge spread and delicious).

Ashraf the FOM was great. Very hospitable and well informed. He really went the extra mile to support us from our check in time till checkout. He provided advise on what to do and where to go. Beds were comfortable. Usually I have pillow problems at hotels but that wasn't the case here. Loved the none plastic bottle policy in rooms but would suggest to add the number of bottles in the room. Though it was replenished for free on order. The wait time was a bit along. Perhaps the Eid holiday rush impacted the turnaround on refills. Location is good, you can access to main roads and locations easily. However make sure to get what you need since there are no convinience stores closeby. Mahmoud at the all day diner/buffet restaurant prepared our coffee with a big smile despite the rush of orders.

I booked two rooms on our 10th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, Mr. Hisham (Duty Manager) did an excellent job to speed up our check in after seeing a long queue at the Reception. He also granted our late check out request the next day. Thanks to the reservation team who arranged a welcome anniversary cake in our room even though we didn't request one. We were delighted. The breakfast in the restaurant is also very good and the staff are so friendly. I specially thank Jennifer, Jay and Elvira for being gracious and attentive to our needs. Thanks also to the the HK staff who were efficient in all our request and for keeping our room spotless. Overall, you made our stay memorable and our kids were so happy (it is the most important). We wish to come back soon.

We booked a king size bedroom facing the garden. Amazing view, exceptional location and clean rooms. Staff was quite courteous, always on their toes to help.

The Hotel is far from Muscat city. It is near the convention and exhibition center and close to airport. This suited me as I was there to attend a conference in Exhibition Centre. The hotel is clean, the staff is very good. Very good Breakfast, Good Pool etc. Very nice place if you are visiting muscat on business.
